All of the highly qualified instructors in Live & Breathe Pilates in Dublin City Centre and Reform Pilates in Blackrock are certified to teach the Pink Ribbon Program and have worked with those affected by Breast Cancer. We have seen first hand the benefits and improvements to be gained from a well taught, progression based Pilates program.
Step 1: Choose the studio location that suits you and call them to book in for your personal initial consultation.
Step 2: After your initial consultation, attend the studio and be guided through the program twice weekly for thirty minutes over a 6 week period.
Step 3: Continue your rehab at home using the Pink Ribbon DVD, booklet and stretch band thats included with your program.
For the 6 week period, you have the option of attending small group classes (minimum four and maximum six people) or more personal one to one classes, all led by experienced Pink Ribbon certified Pilates instructors.
Option 1: The price for the 6 week one-to-one program is €399 (to include your personal Initial Consultation, twelve 30 minute private classes, a Pink Ribbon stretch band and your home program DVD and book).
Option 2: The price for the 6 week small group program is €199 (to include your personal Initial Consultation, twelve 30 minute small group classes, a Pink Ribbon stretch band and your home program DVD and book).
